Tim Roberts - President and CEO

Tim Roberts is President and CEO of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Roberts was the Styrenics General Manager at Chevron Phillips Chemical.
Roberts joined Chevron Phillips Chemical in 2000 as Country Manager and General Manager in Doha, Qatar. In 2004, he was named General Manager of Chevron Phillips Chemical’s Worldwide Specialty Chemical business and in 2006, he was named General Manager of Worldwide Styrenics.
Roberts joined Phillips Petroleum in 1987 as a salesperson in Chicago, Illinois. In 1990, he became a product coordinator of polyethylene and polypropylene in Houston, Texas. In 1994, he was named Business Manager for Worldwide Polyethylene. Roberts was appointed Director of Capital Projects in Corporate Planning and Development. In 1999, he was named Polyethylene Marketing Manager for the Americas.
Roberts is a 1983 graduate of Ball State University, with a B.S. in marketing.
Thomas Egolf - Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Egolf is Chief Financial Officer of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Egolf was the Finance Director for Dow Technology Licensing.
Egolf joined Dow Chemical in Horgen, Switzerland, in 1984 after working in Swiss banking at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. in Zurich for several years. His initial assignment as Chief Accountant for Dow Chemical Europe SA was followed by a developmental assignment in cost accounting at the Dow Stade, Germany site.
He subsequently transferred to Dow Belgium and joined the European DOWFAS design team and shortly thereafter transferred to Midland to participate in the Global DOWFAS design and subsequent global implementation and start up. As a result, he co-founded the Cost Process Technology Center, which he managed for several years.
Thereafter, Thomas was appointed to Corporate Auditing as Senior Audit Manager in charge of the procurement and corporate jurisdictions. He joined the Licensing business in his current role as Finance Director.
Thomas is a Swiss Federally Certified Business Administrator and majored in accounting and commercial mathematics. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed the Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Scot Mitchell - Commercial Vice President

Scot Mitchell is Commercial Vice President of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Mitchell was the Global Manager of Polystyrene for Chevron Phillips Chemical.
Mitchell joined Chevron Phillips Chemical in 2004 as Manager of Americas Sales & Marketing – Styrenic Polymers. Later that year he was named Global Sales & Marketing Manager – Styrenic Polymers. In 2007, he was named Global Manager – Polystyrene.
Mitchell began his career in the petrochemical industry with Fina Oil & Chemical Company in 1985 as a Marketing Manager. In 1997, he joined the parent company Petrofina, S.A. as a business support manager in Brussels, Belgium. In 1998, he was named General Manager of Styrenics for TotalFina. In 2000, he joined Townsend Polymer Services and Information as Vice President and COO and was later promoted to President and CEO.
Mitchell is a graduate of Utah State University with a B.S. in marketing, and of Paul Smith’s College with an A.A.S. in forestry.
Peter Ott - Vice President of Operations

Peter Ott is Vice President of Operations of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Ott was the Vice President of Manufacturing for MEGlobal where he led the MEGlobal manufacturing team to deliver sustainable competitive advantage through the safe and reliable operation of three world-scale EO-EG production plants located in Alberta.
Ott started his Dow career in 1982 as a process engineer at the company’s Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta site. In 1984, he was named production engineer in the Polyethylene facility and in 1989 he was promoted to production supervisor in the Vinyl Chloride Monomer facility.
Ott moved to Dow Canada’s Sarnia, Ontario site in 1994 as Production Leader of the Polystyrene manufacturing facility. One year later, he assumed additional responsibility for the Styrene facility. In 2000, Ott moved to Dow’s Michigan Operations in Midland, Michigan as Production Leader/Business Manufacturing Leader for Saran Barrier Systems. In 2002, Ott was named Prentiss Site Director and relocated to Red Deer, Alberta.
Ott is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chemical Producers Association and the United Way of Central Alberta.
Ott earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science (chemical engineering) from the University of British Columbia and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Alberta.
Randy Pogue - Vice President of Supply Chain, Purchasing and IT

Randy Pogue is Vice President of Supply Chain, Purchasing and IT of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Pogue was Dow’s Global Supply Chain Leader for Aromatics.
Pogue joined Dow in 1988 as a senior research chemist at Texas Operations in Hydrocarbons and Energy R&D. He worked in styrene catalyst and new process research before participating in one of the first Dow Six Sigma training waves in 1999. He became Six Sigma black belt certified in 2000 while working on a variety of styrene/polystyrene envelope improvement projects.
Randy accepted the role of Aromatic Derivatives Global Supply Chain Manager in 2000 and added the responsibility for HC&E North American rail fleet in 2002. Pogue served as a business team member for both the Aromatic Derivatives and Aromatics businesses and has also served as the Dow representative for the Styrene Information and Research Center (SIRC) from 2004 to 2006.
Randy holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Drury College and a masters and Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Oklahoma.
Doug Chauveaux - Vice President Human Resources

Doug Chauveaux is Vice President of Human Resources, a position he was named to in 2007. Prior to assuming this role, Chauveaux was a Human Resources Business Partner at Chevron Phillips Chemical.
Chauveaux joined Phillips Petroleum in 1989 as Management Services Rep at Phillips’ Refinery in Borger, Texas. In 1990, he was named Personnel Analyst at Phillips’ Specialty Chemicals plant in Borger, Texas. In 1992, he was named Labor Relations Specialist and in 1996, was promoted to Human Resources Manager for the Specialty Chemicals plant.
In 2001, Chauveaux was named Human Resources Manager for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. In 2003, he became the HR Business Partner for Finance, IT and Planning & Specialty Products. In 2005, he was named Manager for College Relations and Staffing, and in 2006, Chauveaux was named HR Business Partner for Aromatics & Styrenics and Olefins & Polyolefins.
Chauveaux is a 1969 and 1974 graduate of West Texas A&M University with a B.S. in education and a master’s in educational administration.
Joe Hulett – Vice President General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Public Affairs

Joe Hulett is Vice President and General Counsel of Americas Styrenics, a position he was named to in 2007. He is also Corporate Secretary, and manages Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
Prior to assuming this role, Hulett held various assignments in the Intellectual Property and Commercial Legal Groups of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, supporting a wide range of business units and technologies.
Hulett was also formerly an intellectual property litigator with the law firm Fish & Richardson in their Houston and Boston offices, and was Chief Patent Counsel at Plug Power Inc., in Latham, New York, a leading developer of hydrogen fuel cell technology.
Hulett graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and received his Juris Doctorate of Law from the University of Houston in 1997.
